Hailing from the Hudson Valley of NY, Stephanie graduated high school early and with honors to attend Fordham University's BFA program with the Alvin Ailey School in NYC, where she earned her degree in dance. Post college, she continued acting studies with the Barrow Group, the McCaskill Studio, the Freeman Studio, UCB, and vocal training with Michael Hanko.

As a dancer, Stephanie has worked professionally with Jennifer Muller/The Works, YSDT, Grounded Aerial Dance Theater, The Resonance Collective, BodyStories Dance, D2 Dance Theater, Flexicurve Dance Co., as well as with choreographers Kate Griffler, Janice Lancaster Larson, Kristin Sudeikis, Earl Mosley, and has assisted Abdul Latif as guest choreographer to Ballet Hispanico.  Other dance credits include the international tour of La Scala Opera House's West Side Story, numerous Bollywood feature films, performances with indie rock band Jigsaw Soul, EGC, and Blonde Redhead, and as an aerialist in the Off-Broadway immersive musical, Ziegfeld's Midnight Frolic under the direction of Cynthia Von Buhler.

In 2017 Stephanie joined the London cast of People, Places & Things for its Off-Broadway run at St. Ann's Warehouse in Brooklyn, NY, directed by Jeremy Herrin. The play made its US premiere following a sold out run in London's West End and National Theater.

Other acting credits include the indie feature film EDGES in the lead role of Margot, a supporting role in indie feature Minor Motion Picture (winner of Best Feature Film, Soho Int Film Fest, 2017), and a starring role in the short film Silence, directed by Ruben Latre, which went on to win 20+ awards at multiple film festivals around the world.

Stephanie has also done comedy performances at the PIT and the Producer's Club in NYC, and has worked commercially as an actress and model for White House Black Market, BudLite, IBM, Redken, Goldbond, Oribe, 1-800 Flowers, Gant Clothing line, Joy Goldkind, and was a model in Vanessa Beecroft's campaign for Lous Vuitton that went on to be shown as an art installation in the Louvre Museum in Paris, France.

Choreography and movement director credits include the feature films Edges (US) and Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna (India), Fordham University's stage production of Life is a Dream directed George Drance, and music videos for Neon Gru, Ny Oh, TOTEM, Melanie Fontana, and EGC . 

In March 2021, London-based band Neon Gru debuted their music video for Moonlight, of which Stephanie was co-director with Anna Andersen. Stephanie has also co-directed dance film collaborations with Zoe Rabinowitz and Galen Bremmer in NYC.

Music being a forever passion of hers, Stephanie has been a member of the indie rock band Jigsaw Soul, punk choir EGC, and had the honor of singing with Blonde Redhead in their choir for the 2018 Bicycle Film Festival in Brooklyn, NY.

A dedicated yogi of over 15 years, Stephanie also teaches private instruction in yoga, Pilates, and personal fitness, and has been a contributing writer for the online health and fitness journal YoffieLife.com.
