Hailing from the Hudson Valley of NY, Stephanie graduated high school early and with honors to attend Fordham University's BFA program with the Alvin Ailey School in NYC, where she earned her degree in dance. Post college, she continued acting studies with the Stella Adler School of Acting, the Barrow Group, the McCaskill Studio under Celia Schaefer, and vocal training with Michael Hanko.

As a dancer, Stephanie has worked professionally with YSDT, Grounded Aerial Dance Theater, The Resonance Collective, BodyStories Dance, D2 Dance Theater, Flexicurve Dance Co., as well as with choreographers Kate Griffler, Janice Lancaster Larson, Kristin Sudeikis, Earl Mosley, and has assisted Abdul Latif as guest choreographer to Ballet Hispanico.  Other dance credits include the international tour of West Side Story, numerous Bollywood feature films, performances with the indie rock band Jigsaw Soul, and as an aerialist in the Off-Broadway immersive musical, Ziegfeld's Midnight Frolic under the direction of Cynthia Von Buhler.

As an actress, Stephanie can currently be seen in the Off-Broadway show, "People, Places & Things" in the role of SuperEmma.  Written by Duncan Macmillan and directed by Jeremy Herrin, the play makes its US premiere following an outstanding and sold out run in London's West End and National Theater.

Debuting in January 2018, catch Stephanie in the independent feature film, EDGES THE FAMILIAR, in the lead role of Margot.  Written and directed by James Durham and shot throughout Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Stephanie can also be seen in the indie feature film, "Minor Motion Picture", written by Justin Ho and awarded Best Feature Film in the Soho International Film Festival, 2017.

Other acting work includes numerous short films and music videos, comedy performances at the Producer's Club in NYC, and commercials for BudLite, IBM, Redken, Goldbond, White House Black Market, Oribe, 1-800 Flowers, and Gant Clothing line.

Choreography credits include the feature film, EDGES THE FAMILIAR, the Fordham University stage production of Life is a Dream under the direction of George Drance, and music videos for TOTEM and Melanie Fontana . Stephanie also has a passion for dance films, and continues to create short films exploring this medium.

A dedicated yogi of over 15 years, Stephanie also teaches private instruction in yoga, Pilates, and personal fitness, and has written for online health and fitness journal YoffieLife.com.
